New truck...now what?!

New truck...now what?!
What can I do to my new '08 quad cab without voiding the drivetrain warranty. I was thinking of a DPF back exhaust and a cold air intake.
Haven't had any problems yet but I only have 500 miles on the truck.
Fuel mileage is pretty good 15city-20hwy computer and about 1 less hand calculated. I would like to do a total delete but don't want to void the warranty. My dealer said that as long as it looked stock when it came in he didn't have a problem with any of it as long as there weren't any codes that popped up. Anyone have any suggestions? Basically looking for the best mileage and trouble free use for about 10 years!!
