ATS or B&D Intercooler Advice

ATS or B&D Intercooler Advice
Does anybody have experiences with ATS or B&D intercoolers? They both say they drop temps 200 degrees and so forth. Looking for quality and a good price of course. Prices I am seeing or betwenn $1100.00 -$1500.00
