913 Torque

Dynoed my 08 today....edge w/ attitude on level 5 ....5" badp tbe. Torque was 913 , but hp was only 356. I think the truck was falling on its face around 2200 rpm ... pretty sure the FASS will fuel it up to higher rpm and in turn will bring HP with it. What do you guys suggest????
