Launch shudder 6.7 auto quad single wheel rear

Have new 2008,1000 miles, 200 miles towing 5th wheel, after 35 miles, towing,stopped, and on starting from dead stop had a shudder/vibration in running gear. Found in issue 61 TDResource launch shudder, and looked at TSB issue 58, looks good to me have relayed to dealer for his try out of truck next Monday.
Does anyone have or had a similar shudder and what was the fix if not the TSB issue 58 driveshaft alignment.
