Question 6.7 and Quadzilla gages ?

I just bought a 2008 Ram 3500 dually with the 68RFE transmission and I would like to install a Quadzilla Commander to monitor the temps and pressures. Has anyone done this ? I don't know where the MAP sensor is located on this engine, and I also need a place to tap into the low pressure side of the fuel system. Can anyone help me with this project ? I bought the Quadzilla to put on my 2001 Ram, then traded it for the 2008 before I installed it.
Thanks, ChuckV
