new truck

I have not been on tdr in awhile. I am thinking of trading in my 03 Dodge on a new truck. I was wondering about the pros and cons of a new truck. I know that they have EGR. I was wondering about any other issues concerning the new 6.7 engine. I would also like to know about the new automatic transmission compared to a manual transmission.
