CCV filter

Curious as to how many have had to change their ccv filter. My overhead says it needs servicing with 23300 miles on the truck. I called to get one, but none of the dealers within 100 miles stock it. I have it on order($14.00). The owners manual is very vague on it and says to see the dealer, but it is very easy to change. I did not see any service interval in the owners manual. The dealer said service manual says every 24 months. My truck is 2 years old this week(ironic isn't it).
