10,400 mile update on 6.7
10400 miles. three oil changes, 4 re-flashes, 9 trips to Dodge for the same surging problem with no fix in sight. Last trip they said there was a star notice to change the valve cover gasket as the injector wires were to close.
Still surges on start up and when steady speed at low throttle, what we used to call roll of position, I still think it is the EGR system, but tech says no.
If you are even considering a 6.7 DON'T. If I had to do again and couldn't get a 5.9 I would buy GMC, Ford, anything but this truck.
Saving up now to pay some lawyer to see if I can get a refund under the lemon law, probably just throwing good money after bad.
