P2262 code self cleared with AS flash ??

About 4 weeks ago at around 21.5k miles I popped two P2262 codes which I cleared with the scanner, oddly happened at the exact same stop sign while leaving work.

A week later it threw two P2A00 codes for the O2 sensors.

Took it in and of course since I had reset the P2262's they did nothing for that but for the P2A00's they replaced the O2 sensors, did the wrap and flashed it which was the first time since I took delivery in Jan 08.

Well yesterday the turbo went nuts and the exhaust brake randomly would stick on during acceleration but once up to speed stayed well for the 75 mile cruise home at 65mph.

CIL never came on as bad as it acted but when I got home I hooked up the scanner and it had logged the P2262 (expected), used the truck last night and again this morning still no CIL's.

Went back out a little while ago to get the freeze frame data on the code and the P2262 was gone !

So..... was there a change with the latest flashes to purposely hide the CIL's and to auto clear after 2 or 3 restarts ?

I run 75 miles a day with it about 90% hway cruise and use the exhaust brake every startup.

I'm sure it probably needs the desoot procedure but any other suggestions.
