the latest flash on 2009

I am picking up my new truck Friday AM at Dave Smith motors in Kellogg Id and I want to be sure it has the latest flashes. Does anyone know what it is and where should it be in the engine compartment.
Thanks for any info. truck has build date of 8/03/09
