Help! Dealer says turbo plugged!

Just got home. Was towing 8k LBS today, found it VERY sluggish and low on power and then the CEL came on, as I was just around the corner from the dealer, had them scan it. Says code came up as "No Boost pressure detected" and they said would likely have to clean out the turbo and EGR and maybe replace it! And as the truck had its warranty pulled by Chrysler when we had to import it into Canada from the USA, that turbo cost would have to come out of our pocket! And the truck only has 33k miles on it and I would say 30K of those are all highway!

So, guess I should ask. What are my options here. I am so lost at the moment I cant even say or think strait..

Thanks.

Robert

P.S. If it helps, additional info: Did a 800 mile drive last weekend, and thought it odd. Was 4 mpg lower than usual and dpf seemed to regen many times. After 500 miles it seemed to then be normal again. Also yesterday the truck was acting wierd. Almost felt like it wanted to stall.
