I got a confusing electrical problem. All my fuses are good none are blown, here's the problem. Power locks, mirrors, dome light, radio and the intermittent part of my wipers are not working. The wipers work it's just that it's like they are on low all the time, no delay. i have done all i can to find the problem and have run up against a wall. I have an extended warranty with a $50 dollar deductible, but I would like to solve this myself if I can without speding the $50 I hope.
