Question Just got the 12V running again, got some problems

First, I got an oil leak, but that isn't a big deal. I can fix that, its on the turbo return line.

Here is what all was done. Pulled the head off. Had a valve job done and the works, shaved .010, 60# springs and all. Put a .020 marine gasket back on, new 370 injectors, #10 fuel plate, 4K GSK kit, new, filters, hoses,

Well, got it primed up and it fired off. Oil pressure is good. It idles too low, need some instructions on how to idle it up please.

At 2,000 rpms, the thing just goes haywire, like it sputters really bad, not even drivable. No signs of fuel leaks.

I put in the new governor springs. The nut was .012 before I replaced them. Put in the new base retainer with no shims, put the nut back on at .012 like it had been before I taken the nut off. The new #10 plate is in the stock position.

Can anyone tell me where to start at with the info I told you??

Appreciate any help,
JD

P.S. I know the timing needs to be bumped up, I haven't done it yet. Hope that is really the problem.
