Torque Plate question
Hey guys i was wondering i have a 1996 CTD 2wd and i was thinking about putting like a #11 or #12 Torque Plate in my truck just to give her a little more power my question is will putting in a torque plate like that decrease my engines life and reliability my dad was a diesel mechanic for several years and seems to think its a bad idea but i see all you guys doin it to your trucks could someone let me know i would really love some more power but dont want to sacrifice my engine for it
