Can I LEGALLY run red fuel?
I am an American who lives and works as a missionary in central Mexico. I will be up in Illinois in October. I am watching fuel prices up there, and I am looking for ways to cut my expenses!
My truck is registered to the ministry. The ministry is a legal not for profit organization in the State of Illinois and with the federal government as well. I run "CV"...Charitable Vehicle license plates on the pickup.
I know schools can legally run red fuel on the road. My question is, CAN I??? I know it sounds logical that I can, but do any of you honestly know?
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
