Kerosene VS. No #2 Diesel????

I have read in the past Kerosene does not have enough lubricity to run in an engine that requires Diesel #2 by it self.

So the question is:
How much, say 2-stroke oil would need to be added to Kerosene to run properly in a Cummins 12, 24 or Common Rail diesel?

Mix ratios? Thoughts? Concerns? BTU content?
