$4.20 a gallon for soy-based B-100 in eastern Oregon

Is this good or bad? I see price quotes all over the map, depending on area - today's price locally for diesel is $3.35 a gallon. If I was to buy the bio stuff, I must buy 2 55 gallon drums, and would plan to mix with regular diesel for a B10 - B20 ratio, just not sure this is a very good price on the bio stuff, not that I really have any alternative sources...
