No-Foam Fillup

I performed my weekly half-tank fillup yesterday and was surprised by the absence of accompanying fuel foam. I have no vent kit...just a stock filler neck. I added Power Service as usual and the station's pump is fitted with a three micron filter ( a selling point for them ) which is also normal. Maybe I got my first ULSD, but no one ever mentioned its having a no-foaming character. This post isn't worthy of commentary, but just an oddity I thought to pass on. Bon Jour.
