How much does soybean oil weigh?

...per gallon. Not soy-diesel, but the raw oil. I noticed it on the board the other day for $248/ton which if you use 8.3lb/gal works out to around $1.10/gal. Add in $0.60/gal to process it and it's significantly cheaper than #2.

I'm just wondering how far off my numbers are. I'd love to bring in about 2500gal of the stuff and start cookin' my own. Probably never happen, but a guy can dream right?
