Collecting WVO in cold weather

Any ideas? Forcast is calling for wet snow later this week so we need some ideas quick. Right now we have 2 55 gallon drums that we leave at the restaurant and we use a small gasoline powered pump to transfer the WVO into a tank on my truck. I have a feeling this isn't going to work for long. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks.
