Thumbs up WVO usage and observations

Test vehicle 1998 12 valve. BHAF and 370 injestors. 60 gal transfer flow in bed.
I've been using WVO filtered to approx 5 microns for about 200 miles now.
I dont know what type of oil it is, but it's clear, water free oil.
I filtered it through a piece of denim material then straight to the transfer flow it goes.
It's been hot here, no it's been REAL HOT the last few weeks.
I dont switch to the TF until the engine is fully warmed.
I've gone about 500 miles on WVO. I did change all filters just after I started using it. I also pulle the sock filter out of the TF tank. What a mess. It made a HUGE difference having that one clean.
At first it was a bit sluggish. I attibute this to the sock in the TF. I at first added 5 gals of diesel to "thin it out" but after pulling the sock I saw why it wouldnt flow sufficiently.
I now got some 1 micron and 25 micron filter bags. You can get them from McMaster-carr.com.
I also got some bendable aluminum tubing to put a heat coil in the TF tank.
Sorry if my typing is a bit messed up. The puter has been crappin the bed latley.
Eric
