ebay 12 volt heaters

Anyone have any experience with these?
eBay Motors: WVO SVO BIO Diesel/Fuel 120 Watt 12V Heater Element (item 360088044322 end time Nov-10-08 11:28:01 PST)
My pollak valve took a dump and I'm making an old school manifold (being a boiler operator)to control the fuel.
I was planning putting in a 1/2 coupling to facilitate one of these.
Is it worth the effort? How much will a 120 watt heater help?
Seems to me that no matter what I do, I need more heat to the WVO.
