RMTDR July 25 welcome for out-of-town TDR members @ Cummins?

It sounds like there will be quite a few of the TDR members from out of town coming in for the Bandimere races on the 25 of July. Scott Bentz (Cummins Dragster) was thinking of an event at Rocky Mountain Cummins to welcome the guests and boosters.

Need suggestions and I would imagine volunteers for this.
