THANK YOU; Platte City; Justin, Nathan, others!
My gooseneck seperated from the truck Friday night leaving a nice big hole in the bed of my 2 month old truck (see post and Towing/Hauling and warning about using a drawtite).
A HUGE thank you to Nathan, Justin (the two that did most of the welding) and the entire crew from Nebraska and many from Kansas/Missouri that searched out assistance and helped get me on the road. It is absolutely fantastic to hang out with such a fine group of diesel heads that pitch in and Git-R-Done to help eachother out.
Also a special thank you to the owner of the welding rig for letting us use it; if anyone has his name let me know I'd like to thank him personally somehow.
