Staging delays/safety tip
The other day at the track, I was woofing down some well aged sheep
pluck (stomach bag) during my last few bites, I noticed that some of the krin (lining) hadn’t been cleaned. Well, this particular Scottish delicacy seemed to be extremely palatable at the time so, I continued ingesting the matter. A bit later, down stairs, I started feeling quite loose. Moments past, and I felt much better. So, when preparing this dish, make sure the chloride cleansing process isn’t by past. Be a safety champion !
