Who makes the most Power (drag racing)

Since the mods want banter...... Who makes the most power? Not fastest ET, because we all know what a 650 hp motor in a 2900 lb truck will do.......

On Edit:
If we were to take this motor, and slap it in Fletch's truck, Comps ride, Scott or er Erics' rail, RD's dually, or Keatings truck, would they go faster?
