Pulling gears with 3.73's and 6 speed

I will probably try hooking to the sled this weekend.
If I do, what gear should I be in? and also 4lo or 4hi?

I have the 6 speed, and 3.73's.

I am not worried about clutch or power.
Just want to know what the people with 6 speeds do!
