MAX HP: 12V or 24V?

Ok, guys, if you wanted to set out building a truck to make as much power as possible for dragracing, would you use a P-pumped 24V or 12V?
Do the increased airflow benefits of the 24V head, and the better injector placement, outweigh the mostly so-so pump tunes after the conversion to the P7100? Can a p-pumped 24V be dialed in to make the same amount of power as a 12V with the same pump and modifications (head, cam, twins, etc.)? Thanks.
