Water injection or Nitrous

I am ready to buy the next step in my bombing project and starting to look into these two mods which I have no experience with and need some advice. With the mods that I currently have which one of these would give me the most useable power and what manufacturers do you recommend, I keep waiting for those EDM injectors to come out but I am tired of waiting.
