Valve Stem Oil Seals???

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I am sure the competition guys have had their heads apart more then the regular guys.

But here it goes...

I know these are for the 2nd Gen 24 V (Green Exhaust Valve, Yellow intake Valve)

What application are these for?? I am assuming a 3rd Gen 24 V since 24 seals came in the kit.

What about these?? 12v????

Now for my next question...

The intake valves and exhaust valves are the exact same size in regards to stem length and diameter, But the angle they are cut at is different and I think the material the exhaust valves are made out of are a little more "heat resistant" then the intakes.

The green seals are made out of more heat resistance material then the yellows are, and the green seal opening is a little smaller in diameter.

Would it be better to use all the green seals to seal all the valves???

I know the 2nd gen 24v vale stem oil seals go bad fairly quick. Would the above question be a solution to the problem???
