Help with 12v
I have a 98 12v QC LB auto 4x4. The truck is currently stock. I pull a 6,000# trailer from time to time but, I'm in Florida so hills and high alt. are not problems. I'm looking for a daily driver that is quick in the quarter mile.
I have a new pdr hx 40 or a B1-2 to use as a turbo. I would like to use one of them just because I already own them.
I know the basics of what I need, gauges, injectors, kdp, turbo, exhaust, air filter, gsk. The question is which set-up works best.
I need a new tranny. I have a Suncoast complete transmission in my 95 that I am happy with but not married to. I would like to keep the budget under $10,000 parts and labor. I don't know if I can get a better deal on parts ordering everything through one person. I live in Tallahassee Florida. I would love to find someone to perform the labor as well but, I don't want to travel 10 hours to do it.
Thanks in advance for your input,
Jeff
I posted this in the 12v forum but, didn't get much response.
