Drag Racing in PA on Saturday 8/13/05

We are having another Diesel Power Drag Racing Series(DHRA) event this saturday, 8/13, at Pittsburgh Raceway Park(aka Keystone).

There is going to be a change for this weekends race though. The gates do open up at 1:00pm, but as folks know who attended the last Diesel Power event here two weeks ago, that is too early for our class to show up. I just got off the phone with Frank Tedesco, owner, and he asked that we get there around 4:30. This will give us time to get tech'd in and start our first of two time trials around 5:30pm. Hopefully this fits into your Saturday schedule better.

As usual, the gate fees are $30 per racer. Unfortunately I will not be able to attend this weekends race. However there will be other "regulars" there to help with things.
