Air and Fuel Kill Switches

I am going to pull next year in the alter stock and i need to make a fuel and air cut off switch. Is their a way to tap into the injection pump fuse under the hood and the drivers side. OR is their any other way to kill the pump. For the air, i have a AFE stage two intake kit. I thought about putting a stack flipper lid like they use in tractors but i dont think that it will open all of the way when the filter is on. I could run with out a filter durning pulls but i really dont want to. Is their any other way to put a air kill flap in. Thanks
