Backpressure gauge ?'s

I would like to run a full time back pressure gauge. Can I just plumb another boost gauge into a port on the exhuast manifold?...Like next to the egt gauge etc.? Waht a bout the heat..i would be using 1/8 " copper pipe ..but will the boost gauge be able to handle the heat etc..? What do you guys use to measure back pressure / Drive Pressure for your twins??
