What is top speed for a 24v

I had my speedo adjusted by a speedo shop in town after I put the 37's on it and thought it was close but guess what I was wrong. I raced a 2001 vette on the freeway and was winning when we let off,but when we pulled over and talked he said we were doing 135mph

. My speedo was reading about 118mph. I guess I should regear it soon.
