DHRA rule???

My computer won't download the DHRA rulebook right, I nees to download another program to read them. I wanting to find out for sure the rules on the driveshaft loops. What's the rule's on the u-joint shilds? How long do they have to be? And how many loops do you need for the driveshaft itself? If I remember right you must use 1/4" steel and I can't remember the size for aluminum. One last thing, whats the biggest diameter the loops can be around the driveshaft?
