high 12's low 13's with 24v?

I am just wondering what yo uguys think it would take.
my truck is an 02 with 3:54's and 265-75-16's. not sure what it weighs.
I would really like to be in that time range. once the car is sold I will be doing, edm 150hp injectors, htb264-14, built trans, I have a comp, and may get a smarty,
let me know what yo uthink. Thanks. Dan
