what 1/8 mile times can i get?

i have a 1998 Quad cab long bed 4x4 5speed 12v 3.54 with 285/75/16tires
it has a #100plate compleetly slid foward star wheel turned in
afc turned in,non-wastegate 16cm exhaust housing
US GEAR overdrive.3k gsk
just looking for a estamate
dont want to get smoked by a stroker first thing.
i know the times for most of them.
any help will be appricated
