help choosing injectors etc.

Which injectors to buy?
I am building a 98 12v.
I am not going to change the cam or head.
Here's what I'm looking at:
4" exhaust
AFE II intake
4000 gsk
60 lb valve springs
II sps 62/14
I need advice on which injectors to run, plate and DVs.
I don't really want 370s because I am looking for a little less smoke and I want to keep temps in check.
This truck is going to be a daily driver in stop and go traffic.
