exhaust temps wierd

With a pre turbo pryo probe, i will run 700 degrees at 25 miles per hour and be at 600 or more when i come to a stop. take 5 min. to cool to 450 pryo seems to be pretty acurate wonder if enybody has ran into same thing and what caused it
it has been this way for the last month or so does not run hotter than 1300 at wot.
