head studs info needed

I need help. I want to put a bigger charger on my 04.5 ram a sled puller 66 and the company said I need a set of 100 hp injectors and head studs.Two questions. 1. what to buy first the charger and run it lean until I can buy injectors or get the injectors and run the stock charger rich until I can get the sled puller charger.2 What do you guys think instead of using studs why not use a case hardened bolt like an L12 grade bolt???
