Water meth safety?

Hello.. Is water meth safe to run with a stock head gasket. It would be for my 05 dually. I have a snow performance kit in my garage, though I just don't want to break the truck. I want 12's, though last time out it ran a 13.04. Would the water meth be risk free hp? I also have a small nitrous system as well with a 54 jet.. Which would be the safest bet? Or neither? Thanks..
