Twins

Went to a dyno event today, and there was a truck there that couldn't get the converter locked therefor no accurate reading. The truck is a 97, Piers tweaked pump (nothing extreme, he paid $600 to have it done), s300/s400 twins. My first question is (I know this is a guessing game) what power level is he about?

Second question, He mentioned that it was s300/s400 twins. I was wondering what would the best top turbo be? Would there be any advantage to a sps62 instead of a ps62, or how about a Silver62 instead of a sps62?
