Tranny

i'm going to start drag racing is spring ,, just got the tranny done and have the lock up switch .. question is when i'm in the staging lane and getting ready can i flip the lock up switch and power brake it to get boost up and then take off or should i wait till i get the truck moving and down the track then flip the switch ?????

if you have any pointers let me know
