need better 1/4 time!

I've taken my dodge to the track twice, and my best time was 15.8. I know I have big tires, but is that the only reason why it's slow. Even with 4.56 gears. I run in 4 hi and boost launch at 15psi. The power pup is set on performance and the tst r49 is set on the twins program at 4/6. My are at 1450+. All this money into this truck and only a 15.8. I've raced two WRXs and almost beat them. They pull away at the very end of the track. Is the TST set up wrong?
