Redline Box

Tonight I was able to hook to a sled after changing my setup. I now am running a HTT 66 stainless and DDP 200hp injectors with the Redline Unlimited Box and the Edge comp for timing. Well my question is according the the redline memory recall I only turned 3545 rpms and 47psi. I know I need to adjust the wastegate to get my boost up but, why did I only run 3500. The auto shifted into drive and had plenty of power to keep climbing in rpms but it just didn't. Any Ideas?
