Dyno'd Tonight
If you can call it that...Palomar College Diesel Technologies' old Clayton big rig dyno. Only measures horsepower, and only up to 400. A guy with a 6.0 power-stroke gets on it before me, stock tune, intake, 4" exhaust...bury's the needle to over 400hp. ya right.
While he's going through this process i'm talking to another arrogant, I mean ignorant, I mean Ford guy , and he proceeds to tell me Ford owns Cummins...four other people agreed with him . As hard as I tried I couldn't talk him out of it, so I just left it alone.
We put my truck on, I bury the dyno needle at 20psi. Sad part is everyone thought the dyno was accurate...including the guy with the 6.0.
I got the last laugh though, he was having some issues with his truck after he made his last run. I left with the comment..."Ask Ford, maybe they'll swap it for a Cummins!"
