Drag question

I currently have 3.73 gears in my truck & am going to upgrade to 4.10's. I will be running my truck occasionally at the local 1/8 mile track and was wondering if this is a smart move? I know that I will run out of rmp's with 4.10's on a 1/4 mile track vs. the 3.73's, but I think the 4.10's will allow me to get out of the whole a bit quicker. Plus I pull a heavy trailer everyday so, that is my main reason for wanting to do this change. What do you guys think?
