Enterprises' customer service?

I'm in the process of building a new motor and need a block bored .020 Nobody around my area has a deck plate to bore a block and I was told to use one. So I thought I'd call enterprise since their susposed to be a high quality place. Their only about 6 hours away but I figured I'd kill two birds with one stone and buy all my parts while i was there(tt set-up, cam, squirters, tranny parts, only about 10 grand in parts) have them bore my block, notch my pistons, and be gone. When I called the guy who answered was a complete smartass from the start, he said they don't bore in house, thats fine, I asked if the machinist used a torq plate when they bored? He did'nt know what that was, so he said uh-uh. So how much do they charge? Well hold on we just sent one out for that, I held . He said they charged 120 but they just cleaned it up. So I assumed that was to be ball honed, so how much to bore? He said probably the same about 120. I wanted to get more info from someone who knew what they were talking about because I doubted that inbreed did. So I asked for the machinists number, well I don't have it he said...... Has anybody else had any problems with anybody there? Sorry but as much money as I'm about to spend I'll put up with nobodys B.S. Customer service should be important in any business. If they won't help guess I'll drive to British Columbia. Any suggestions? Are they worth the aggrevation?
