Bellhousings a no-go

Talked to mitchell today, said the blowproof bellhousing are not going to be made. Price was going to be $2200, and they could'nt justify it. Has any pullers ran into any problems at any events? I know their blankets are atpa legal, does that all they require? The association I'm going to pull in this coming season want blowproof housings on manuals

Any ideas????
